This place is just fun. I grabbed a quick pizza to go, but took a few moments to appreciate the Relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. Well this would not be my every week pizza, it's definitely a fun place that I would go with friends to hang out for a good experience. I placed a quick order and arrived here right before close. The staff was incredibly kind to me, and very friendly just to talk with as I waited for my pizza. I was really impressed by the architecture of the space. Everything just looked really modern, clean, and open. This is definitely a place that I'd want to come back and spend some time with some friends. I ordered the , "You Knew This Was Coming" with pepperoni. It was pretty good. I think what I enjoyed most about this pizza, was the crust. It had delicious flavor, and I loved the spices they added to it. Who knew everything bagel seasoning could be used on pizza? All in all, this is a pretty cool place to grab some pizza and relax with some friends.

SO GOOD! The kale salad, the pizzas, the focaccia bread, the drinks, I loved it all. It is a busy restaurant but the food was served at an appropriate time. Downside: you might be asked to leave. we were told to leave after 2hrs bc someone had reserved our table. Idk if that's written on the menu somewhere but I wish we had been told in the beginning as a heads up.

3rd timing coming to tribute and it is my all time favorite sit down pizza spot. It's always crowded with a long line but if you make a reservation or have a small group and sit at the bar it's easy to get in. I LOVE the bees mode pizza with their amazing hot honey. I also love their cocktails!!! Definitely a crowd pleasure and great for large groups. Highly recommend!

I'll keep this one short - best pizza in San Diego. Very fun menu to read; every item comes with a tribute to something or someone. Awesome and expansive drink menu. Casual but nice vibe, kind of like a higher-end sports bar. Service is friendly, I just wish they were open later. Feeling crafty? try the "omakase" pizza!! Will be back :) was too hungry for the camera to eat first this round.

Tribute Pizza has made the list for one of my favorite pizza places here in SD! Located in North Park so expect to take time to look for street parking. Our party of 6 made a reservation for a Friday night for a friend's birthday and the place looked pretty busy-- so definitely make a reservation. The place itself is big with lots of indoor and outdoor seating. Our server Corrine was attentive and personable, and food came out fairly quickly. Food: -Tie Dye Pie ($24 for 9x13 rectangle): 6 slices, ordered Grandma style which is baked in a sheet pan with a thicker crust. Loved the flavoring on this one and double saucy-- had to eat with knife and fork with this one. -Mushroom Whitestone 2.0 ($22 for 13in neo-Neapolitan): 8 slices for this style, crunchier crust. This is probably going to be one of my go-tos here! -Pepperoni Lovers ($22 for 13in neo-Neapolitan style): had 8 slices, perfect to share. I unfortunately didn't get to try this but my friends liked it. -Szechuan Spicy Noodles ($22): I was surprised at how tasty and good this dish was, considering it's served at a pizza joint. Served with chopsticks and fortune cookies. Must try! -Roasted Garlic Brussels Sprouts ($13): perfect to share. *Tip* Request to have garlic confit and chili crisp as a side to put on your pizzas! So good! -Tiramisu cake: served for our friend's birthday and it was yummy. Overall: I understand now why people say this is one of their favorite places for pizza. There are sooo many other options that I'd love to try out next time. Will definitely come back!

I've been hearing good things about this place since moving to San Diego and finally had the chance to try it out! Made a reservation online (highly recommend) in advanced and were seated immediately upon arriving. The ambiance is chill but still felt upscale. Our waiter was helpful and attentive. The pizzas came out all together and took around 35-40 minutes to arrive after placing our order. Woodfired Focaccia Bread: 9/10 chewy on the inside, crisp on the outside. Delicious on its own or paired with fresh burrata and dipped in olive oil and balsamic vinegar The Bees Mode (G'ma style): 9.5/10 highly recommend! Had the most depth in flavor profile out of all the pizzas we ordered. The saltiness from the salami was perfectly balanced with the sweetness of the peppers and hot honey Pepperoni Lovers (Neapolitan): 7.5/10 described as greasy, meaty, and cheesy but didn't have enough cheese in my opinion to balance out how much pepperoni there was. A good option for meat/pepperoni lovers The Lady Diavola (Neapolitan): 7/10 only a slight kick from the calabrian chile (wish it had more spice and smokiness). Was not really a stand out and had a similar taste profile to the Pepperoni Lovers Overall the Neapolitan pizzas had a poor undercarriage and felt heavy from all the meat. Rating my experience a 4.5/5, but I think we just ordered wrong. I'll be back to try other varieties of pizzas they offer!

Tribute Pizza offers a delightful fusion of flavors and textures, evident from their innovative take on the classic Caesar salad to their delectable pizza offerings. Starting with the Caesar salad featuring kale and Calabrian chiles, it was a harmonious blend of fresh greens with a subtle kick of spice, complemented by extra crunchy croutons that added a satisfying texture to each bite. It was a refreshing twist on a beloved classic. Moving on to the pizza, we opted for a combination of two meats. While the flavors were undeniably delicious, the indulgence came with a caveat - the pizza was notably greasy due to the richness of the meats. However, this did not overshadow the overall enjoyment of the dish. With a selection of three different pie styles available, we opted for the large NY style, which delivered on authenticity and flavor. The promise of returning to try the pan pizza is a testament to the quality and variety Tribute Pizza offers. In conclusion, Tribute Pizza is a culinary gem, offering a tantalizing array of flavors and pizza styles that leave a lasting impression. Despite minor grievances, the overall experience was nothing short of exceptional, and I eagerly anticipate my next visit to explore more of their menu.

Pretty unclear how it's taken me so long to come to Tribute. This place is SO GOOD. The debate for best pizza in San Diego is always popping off, but Tribute has got to be at the top. First off, they have a few different styles of pizza so there's something for everyone. They've got unique topping combinations, but don't knock anything til you try it. Normally, I'm an anti-pineapple princess, but man, there's a pizza with pineapple on top that is out of this world. On top of the great pizza, the drinks are amazing! Each cocktail is handcrafted to perfection and pairs perfectly with some delicious pizza. Be sure to make a reservation because this place is popping.
